By accessing this site or purchasing coaching services from Suroy Thamotharam (operating as Nomad Finance Club), you agree to these terms.

Scope of Service

Suroy Thamotharam provides financial coaching and education. This is not financial planning, financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or insurance advice. See the full disclaimer for details.

Coaching Engagements

Coaching engagements are defined by the program purchased (Starter, Standard, or Ongoing). Specific scope, deliverables, and the "Money Working" Guarantee terms will be detailed in a separate engagement letter at the time of purchase.

Payments and Refunds

Coaching programs are paid in advance. Refund policy is detailed in the engagement letter and is generally governed by the "Money Working" Guarantee, which provides additional coaching time rather than monetary refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, templates, calculators, course materials) is the intellectual property of Suroy Thamotharam unless otherwise noted. You may not redistribute purchased materials. You retain personal-use rights for templates and calculators delivered as part of a paid engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suroy Thamotharam is not liable for any financial outcome resulting from decisions you make based on information, education, or coaching provided. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after updates constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
